Notre client est un acteur incontournable du secteur des télécommunications. Suite à l’ouverture d’un nouveau bureau à Paris, il recherche un Office Coordinator pour une mission d’intérim de minimum 1 an.
Vous travaillez au sein du bureau parisien, rassemblant 20 collaborateurs sur les fonctions commerciales:
- Commandes des fournitures ;
- Gestion des notes de frais ;
- Interface avec l’agence de voyage ;
- Gestion du courrier ;
- Gestion des badges d’accès au bâtiment ;
- Saisie des factures clients et relance paiements ;
- Organisation d’événements ;
- Ponctuellement, assurer le back up des Office Coordinators basés à Londres et Francfort pendant leurs congés (à distance depuis Paris).
Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir:
- Une expérience de 4 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire ;
- Une maîtrise courante de l’anglais ;
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. #1350439
