**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN THE DESIGN SYSTEM TEAM**

We are building and providing a multi brand design system which enables our product designers and developers to quickly create experiences for different brands in our platform. We create and maintain components, providing guidance and documentation around its usage as well as governance processes. Via the design system we are developing our cross brand design language and defining how brands are represented in our interfaces.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Actively drive on an operational level the design and design language of a growing multi-brand design system together with the design system team.
- Work closely with the Design System Manager on the intersection between product, brand and development
- Act as a role model for the direct colleagues and the product design community with profound experience in visual and brand design as well in design systems.
- Explore new and complex fields within our brands and platform to find scalable solutions that are meeting the needs of our customers.
- Streamline design activities across various departments towards an excellent single solution.
- Identify design improvements and translate as well as follow them through global initiatives.
- Drive and steer cross functional partners and connected agendas to balance harmonisation and room for individual solutions and experiments within the organisation.
- Create excellent design solutions and collaborate closely with development both from web and native mobile to bring them in front of our customers.

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS / IS**:

- Many years of experience working with UX, UI, and User Research as a Design System
- Product Designer or similar UX/UI focused role.
- Worked in direct collaboration with product managers, brand department, developers, and other stakeholders for implementation of systematic designs and design systems.
- Proven knowledge of implementing design systems and the connection to brand design (Web and App) in complex environments. Experience in rolling out multi-brand design systems is a plus.
- A empathetic and collaborative mindset
- Living a good “product culture”, curious and deep interest for the product strategy
- A role model as a visual and design system designer that provides knowledge as well as mentorship to your colleagues hand in hand with the respective Manager of Design Systems
- Advanced knowledge in accessibility and consider this from the beginning in your design solutions
- A sense for global design trends and developments and act as an influencer in the product design community.
- Knowledge in the area of research and are able to test design solutions together with our research team
- Experience of how brand in product works and how to bring it into design systems in a scalable way
