City Sublaines Activity In-situ logistics Function Logistics/ transport Contract type CDI Working hours Full-time Compensation **Offer description**: Your mission Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for an Assistant Manager F/H for our in-situ logistics loading and unloading perimeters. Our working hours are **22h-5h in the morning**. The missions will be as follows: **Management / Operations**: - You manage a team of at least 60 people, including 3 team leaders and logistics handlers. - You are on the ground to ensure that logistics operations are carried out on time and according to the quality and cost requirements set. - You optimize team organization: you adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency. - You maintain a good social climate **Customer relations**: - You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them **Quality, Safety and Environment**: - You ensure that the site complies with the strictest safety requirements To **manage and steer the site**, you may be required to - Support the site manager in management and supervision: size teams (recruitment, etc.) - Carry out weekly check-ins and forward them to the regional agency - Work with your agency to manage contracts, endorsements, bonuses and overtime, passing on the necessary information to the administrative departments for payroll and invoicing. - Monitor site KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action where necessary. - Achieve key performance indicators and improve customer service Your assets - Previous experience in distribution, preferably in a site supervision or team management role, - Higher education (Bac+2/Bac+3) in management, business, administration or a related field, - You have a first successful experience in site supervision and team management, - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams, - Proficiency in the IT tools needed to manage site operations, - Versatility, sense of responsibility and results orientation, - Team spirit, active listening and ability to take initiative "Onet has been committed to diversity and disability for many years.
