**Overview**:
- As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding internationally, we are looking for an MEA/APAC Marketing Assistant to support the business.
- The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing activations for the wholesale customers over the 15 different regions.
- This position is a 6-month internship, starting July 2025
- The position is based in Paris 8.
This role will report to the **MEA/APAC Marketing Coordinator.**
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Retailer Social Media Support**
- Manage the brand's presence on retailer social media by providing **bi-weekly post and story proposals.**
- **Conduct weekly audits of retailer Instagram and TikTok accounts** to track brand visibility, analyze content themes, identify areas for improvement, and gather competitive insights.
**2. PR & Influencer Support**
- **Review influencer-generated content** to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and messaging for tactical marketing campaigns.
- **Assess influencer profiles** for tactical seedings.
- **Analyze influencer-generated content performances and provide key learnings** for all PR initiatives.
**3. Marketing Campaign Logistics**
- **Coordinate product shipments** to ensure timely delivery to PR agencies for local activations, including PR seeding and events.
- **Provide retailers and PR agencies with necessary brand assets** (packshots, press releases, etc.) for marketing campaigns.
- **Maintain and update internal project management tools** (sampling trackers, etc.).
This role requires 3 days per week in the Paris office.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's student in **Communication** or **Business school**.**
- Minimum 1 first experience in PR, end of studies internship preferred (already 2 6-months internships)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and **English**.
- Skilled in **Microsoft Office Suite**, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in **TRIBE** to conduct influencer analysis on the platform.
- Highly **detail-oriented** and **well-organized**, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight **deadlines**.
- Capable of working independently and adept at **multitasking** in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
- Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
