L'équipe Customer Success contribue à faire vivre une expérience unique à nos clients. En tant que Customer Support Specialist, vous serez basé.e à Rennes et répondrez aux demandes entrantes de nos clients, en leur apportant des réponses de qualité avec comme objectif in fine d'assurer leur satisfaction et de contribuer au développement des usages.
Après un onboarding poussé côtés métier et produit, vous aurez pour missions de:
- Assurer un suivi précis des escalades aux niveaux 2 et 3
- Profiter de chaque contact pour aider nos utilisateurs à comprendre les fonctionnalités Klaxoon mais aussi les usages quotidiens et les bénéfices associés
- Partager à nos utilisateurs les contenus d'inspiration appropriés
- Devenir un expert de Klaxoon avec une connaissance approfondie du produit, des fonctionnalités et des usages
- Participer à l'enrichissement de la base de connaissances, accessible par tous les utilisateurs en autonomie
- Travailler en proximité forte avec l'ensemble de l'équipe Customer Success pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients
**Profil**
Vous avez validé un Bac+2 ou Bac+3.
L'esprit d'équipe est essentiel pour vous et vous avez un intérêt pour les nouvelles formes de collaboration.
Vous avez un niveau d'Anglais courant.

Salaire : 25 000,00€ à 28 000,00€ par an
