As a Back End PHP Developer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our critical backend systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with Product Managers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with product goals.
- Lead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.
- Stay current with emerging PHP trends and technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience as a backend Developer in a professional environment, with a significant focus on PHP.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and demonstrating measurable impact on product performance or stability.
- Deep expertise in non-framework development and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker) and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
