**JOB POSITION MISSION**

The Compliance Leader main mission is to ensure that the ARaymond Compliance Program is fully understood, deployed, implemented and respected in all the AR Entities.

The responsibilities combine operational missions (project management, workshop facilitation, etc.) and advice to the group's management teams and employees on all matters relating to compliance, with a view to empower local teams and ensure the consistency and robustness of the Compliance Program.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in the definition of the internal audit and control plan and participate in audits to verify compliance with the compliance policies, procedures & guidelines,
- Develop periodic reporting,
- Develop and lead a network of Compliance and RGPD Referents within the subsidiaries of the Araymond Network, a network that will accompany you in your missions,
- Assists subsidiaries in their efforts to comply with local regulations,
- Intervene and follow up alerts as an investigator, if any,
- Participate in the evolution of the Group's IT tools and information systems,
- Ensure a regulatory watch to keep the overall compliance system up-to-date and keep the Risk & Compliance Committee and the Presidency informed of compliance issues that may be of direct concern to it.
- Provide advice to ARaymond teams with respect to Export Control regulations, International Sanctions Program
- Guarantee the reliability, integrity and consistency of the information provided to the statutory auditors and the supervisory authorities, review and validate the compliance documents relative to parties (customers, suppliers, or any other third party) using the various KYC/KYS data platforms available to the ARaymond Network (BVD, Refiniv, SAP, CRM & SRM).

The Compliance Leader is also a source of proposals for the permanent improvement of methods and tools for monitoring and managing compliance risks.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES**
- Master Degree level in Law (Business Law/Compliance Law),
- Project management skills. At ease with IT Tools,
- Business School is a plus,
- 5 years at least / Proven experience in managing a similar project in an international Group.
