**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your role is to ensure that we take smart product decisions based on data enlightening insights. Working closely to the VP Product, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, data analysis, product skills, work with multiple teams and gain technical skills (sql, data analysis, founder communication...)

**Your missions will be**:

- Support our 3 Product teams in their daily analysis and data needs.
- Define, build and optimize reporting dashboards and empower the team to monitor their performance and drive decision-making;
- Write actionable insights and recommendations, presenting findings to key stakeholders (top management, team lead, product team);
- Perform deep dive analysis of each part of our customers/users' funnel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that directly impact Lydia's growth
- Take the initiative to lead strategic analyses to identify levers with a high-growth potential, and suggest them to the relevant project leads for implementation;
- Follow KPIs proactively and raise alerts to business teams when abnormalities happen

This job will report to the **VP Product and Go to Market.**

**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Top tier Education in Business, Eng or Data.
- You are used to manipulate large datasets to extract insights.
- **Bonus**:

- Previous internship in Data, Ops or Product in a Tech environment or previous internship in Data or structured environment (VC, Private Equity, M&A, Consulting).
- You are an SQL Wizard
- You are used to Amplitude, June, Tableau, Looker or Data Studio.

**HIRING PROCESS**
- The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (20 min)
- This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills (2hour)
- You will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
