We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a **R&D **Poultry Project Manager**, committed to bolstering our R&D initiatives in poultry gut health and nutrition. To support our vision and our ambitious and enthusiastic strategy, your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the efforts of internal and external experts across various R&D projects, encompassing the tracking of study reports, conducting statistical analyses, and managing budgets.
- Overseeing studies in research centers worldwide, with responsibility for experimental design, parameter definition, and results analysis.
- Collaborating closely with strategy, formulation, and regulatory teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Conducting comprehensive literature reviews, providing scientific expertise, and staying abreast of relevant articles and patents.
- Managing financial aspects such as contract management, NDAs/CDAs, and invoice tracking.
- Promoting Phileo's image by** **writing scientific articles and facilitating internal and external communication through meetings and presentations.
- Work with the Global Species Manager for Poultry to provide technical support to Phileo's sales teams and/or key account customers.

**Qualifications**
- possess a PhD in Animal Science, Agri-food, Veterinary, or equivalent field.
- is specializing in poultry nutrition, accompanied by at least 1 year of experience in the field of animal nutrition and health as R&D Project Manager within a multinational, culturally diverse environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both independent work and collaborative team efforts, with critical and analytical thinking and excelling in liaising with cross-functional groups. Any experience in product development within the feed additive industry is considered advantageous.

Is fluent English, (French is a plus) and got excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in the MS Office are essential.
