We are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor
to join our Early Careers team in Paris.
Your tasks
You will build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to establish what their needs are
You will plan how we will recruit for our Early Careers roles, including planning events (internal and external
You will build external partnerships including arranging any contracts for this to help us market our career opportunities
You will write engaging job adverts and marketing communications and ensure they are posted in places that will reach students - such as on university careers sites, job boards, and sending direct communications
You will process invoices relating to the work we do and ensure costs are managed well
You will prepare contracts, new starter packs, and provide information to training authorities/schools
You will review and report on our recruitment efforts to ensure we are maximising our returns
You will keep up to date with changes in the Early Careers market and incorporate them to ensure we are delivering the best recruitment experience possible
You will work with the EMEA Early Careers Director to enhance the way we recruit for Early Career talent in France
You will work closely with our Early Careers working student / coordinator to deliver our Early Careers agenda, whilst supporting their development.
**Profile**:
As this will be a busy role, being able to juggle multiple projects and build strong relationships internally and externally are vital. You will also be able to work autonomously and use your initiative to resolve issues or escalate them.
It is important that you are confident in writing and speaking in German and English.
You will have worked in an Early Careers Recruitment or similar role before, with experience in planning and managing recruitment and events.
