**We are looking for a Digital Engagement Executive to drive impactful digital campaigns across West Europe, using data-driven strategies to elevate customer engagement.**

**About the role**

As a Digital Engagement Executive, you will collaborate with regional teams to deliver audience-focused and impactful digital campaigns across West Europe, Italy, and Iberia. Your primary responsibilities include managing digital campaign implementation, overseeing marketing automation (including newsletters, automated workflows, and data dashboards), and supporting customer relationship management across the region.

You will play a key role in guiding teams on evidence-driven, audience-focused approaches while staying up-to-date with digital platform changes.

This position is a 6-month maternity cover starting in November/December 2024.

**About you**

We are looking for a highly motivated digital marketer with extensive experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms. Knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce, and event management platforms such as Zoom/Cvent/EventBright would be a plus.

You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys, coupled with analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.

A degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing is essential, along with excellent communication skills in English and a local language (e.g., French).

You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a can-do attitude, and are adept at managing multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
