**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Business Analyst to join our team. You will support the sales team in France and the Underwear, Kids and Accessories sectors in Europe.
- This position requires experience in data analysis, in order to be able to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic solutions that drive sales and optimize the performance of our campaigns. You will also be responsible for business reporting, forecasting and budgeting, providing insights to enable business decisions. Your scope of work will include Flash Sales, but will require close collaboration with other businesses in the company such as Marketplace.
- You will be based in Saint Denis as part of a team of Sourcing Business Analysts, reporting to the European Sector Directors, Country Managers and Sales Directors..

**TASKS**:
- Analysis and monitoring of the main sales campaigns KPIs (cost& profitability analysis, sell out, margin, discount).
- Analyze sales trends and market behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including KPI analysis and presentation of results to senior management.
- Work with Business Intelligence tools to extract, process and analyze relevant sales data.
- Develop and optimize dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time decision making.
- Act as a link between sales, operations and finance departments to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Responsible for the annual Budget and Forecast processes of the related scope, in coordination with the commercial teams and other departments involved in the process.

**MUST HAVE skills**:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Maths.
- You have already experienced a Controlling or Business Analyst role, with a focus on Sales data with a minimum of 5 years.
- You are passionate about the business and desire to understand the business levers.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to convert metrics into strategic actions.
- You are a master in Google Workspace and BI Tool (such as MicroStrategy) and you have good modeling skills.
- You speak French & English fluently.
