We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Airbus Commercial Aftermarket Program Management** to lead customer relationship management, business growth initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Airbus and internal stakeholders. This role is based in Toulouse, France, with a travel requirement of 10% or less.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and coordination of executive reviews.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with Airbus at all levels of the customer organization and with Collins’ strategic business units (SBUs).
- Ensure customer needs are understood and considered with focus on “ease of doing business”.
- Know the customer’s organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision making process.
- Manage transverse to develop accounts and achieve Customer Satisfaction.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaboration by effectively coordinating transverse initiatives across strategic business units.
- Prepare executive-level engagement activities, deliver comprehensive white papers on customer status and initiatives.
- Lead cross-SBU activities and executive reviews with Airbus, including Airbus FHS (PRM and ERM).
- Manage multi-SBU Aftermarket Senior Management Meetings (SMM) including preparation, coordination, presentation, and participation.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and leading opportunities to boost overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer satisfaction (aftermarket team) through improvements to customers scorecards and key performance metrics (spares and repairs). Proactively identify areas of improvement opportunities (coordinate Improvement Plans).
- Act as focal point for Airbus Operators Survey (survey preparation, results analysis, debriefing to Collins Executive Leadership, improvement plans initiatives and follow up).
- Manage account performance through proactive collaboration to address technical and supply chain issues.
- Handle escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Facilitate resolution of escalated customer issues, working with Collins’ strategic business units (ex: contractual, industrial and warranty issues). Ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Successfully led on-time contract negotiation across multiple SBUs, ensuring continuous business operations.
- Strategically align customer needs with business unit objectives, influencing adjustments based on customer insights.
- Support development and maintenance of briefing documents.
- Maintain periodic internal and external reporting as required.

**Business Growth**:

- Manage Airbus FHS account:

- Identify aftermarket business opportunities and develop strategies to deliver customer value and provide growth. Coordinate with Collins SBU Aftermarket teams.
- Manage AFHS request for contract evolution.
- Manage Account performance with PPM group (spares and repairs performance, contract administration).
- Support in development of new business models.
- Coordinate with SBU SSC requests for revision.
- Coordinate Spare Price Variation yearly exercise.
- Gather market intelligence on customer and competitors.
- Prepare and present to SBUs the Aftermarket section of the OEM annual Strategic Plan.

**Other Activities**:

- Support Airbus OEM focal team with transverse projects/initiatives (example: Digital, Obsolescence, export controls, etc.).
- Support and coordinate Entry into Service activities (A220).
- Support Operator conferences as required.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management, program management and business development.
- Experience in Aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
- Expert in French and English language required.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
