Product Manager Science Samd Platform

**Job Description**:
Biogen Digital Health (BDH) team is looking for an outstanding Sr. Product Manager Science Konectom SaMD Platform responsible for enabling the end-to-end selection, integration, and use of meaningful digital measures for patients living with neurological diseases. She/He will be in charge of the design, development, and implementation of novel digital product assessments/features that could enable the validation of digital biomarkers for use in clinical studies and/or clinical care setup via our SaMD measurement platform. You will be part of a SaMD product team as the digital measures product leader. You will be driving the value of the solution through the lens of the measures, prioritizing them and their developments, and building a digital measures portfolio that will evolve in breadth (measures types) and depth (versioning) based on evidence and scientific discoveries. This role is at the center of a broad number of top-level experts, from scientists, product managers, designers, clinical operations leads, regulatory and quality managers, data scientists, engineers, data managers, marketing, etc. You must be a great team player and an excellent cross-functional leader to succeed.

Principle Accountabilities:
1. Lead the Konectom Platform Digital Measures Strategy in alignment with Science and Data Science departments of BDH, ensuring that priorities and patients needs (meaningful aspects of health) in each disease area, leveraging Target Digital Measure Profiles, and translating them into a neurological digital measures portfolio.
2. Define & prioritize a portfolio of digital measures to be designed, tested, developed, upgraded/modified, or integrated as part of our digital biomarkers platform in collaboration with the Mobile Product Manager and taking into consideration the operational clinical and regulatory constraints.
3. Understanding knowledge of the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Represents the customers, interfacesand engages the customer, leverage product analytics to identify improvement opportunities and evolutions.
4. Defines an experiment and testing environment for experimentation to validate Science & Data Science hypothesis using fast prototyping

- Her/His vision and discipline in driving cross-functional alignment and execution is an absolute key success factor generating value to the customers and enabling scientific and data value creation

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in leading full scope of digital solutions
- Mobile medical devices expertise and experience highly recommended
- Scientific/Neuroscience background is a real plus
- Domain expertise in Medical Device Software (SaMD) product “industrialization”; required strong prior expertise in product management.
- Strategic thinker with tech acumen and demonstrated ability to bring abstraction layer - for multi
- factorial reusability, expandability, and configurability of needs and features, i.e., modularization and adaptation of the claims to circumstances of use without full remapping of risks and V&V processes
- Fluent in Agile practices and risk management
- Knowledge of regulatory pathways for SaMD development and compliance requirements to facilitate the process from R&D to clinical trial to commercial setting
- Analytical and methodical with a strong value-maximizing mindset - to define product families, scope & remits, and variants models.
- Communication and influencing skills - working in a cross-functional environment, listening, and understanding hurdles from technical to regulatory.
