What You Will Achieve as the The Strategic Investments & Project Lead.
- Coordinate & monitor the strategic investment across the pillars of the Choose France projects: R&D, Ventures, Clinical development and Manufacturing fields
- Assist in the analytical analysis regarding the choose France investments
- Coordinate, gather & synthesize all relevant information for the Steering Committee Choose France
- Work closely with the Country President France & the CLT members leading the different pillars to secure follow-up of actions and projects
- Report on a monthly basis to the US the latest development regarding Choose France wave 1 & 2 investments
- Participate in a selected panel of external meetings with stakeholders (academic research, biotech companies, CMOs,)
- Interact with the local internal stakeholders for the different pillars : Medical Director, Clinical research lead, Market access, Finance, Legal, Strategic Alliances
- Coordinate monthly calls between local & global choose France task force & act as a liaison between these two teams
- Support communication initiatives of the Country President across the French organization
- Build relevant documents across the different pillars for top management for communication
- Act locally as an internal advisor/specialist across the different BUs/departments
- Be part of a Global team Choose France team and will liaise with the US headquarter to report all the French actions and decisions regarding the project

WHAT WE EXPECT
- University degree in Business and/or Science, Health Science required.
- Fluent in French and English
- Pharma Industry: 5+ years pharmaceutical or relevant experience with French market
- Experience in consulting for Pharma companies
- Strategic thinking that supports innovation
- Analytical mindset
- Strong problem solving, communication, coordination and project management skills across internal and external stakeholders.

CDI de chantier 4 ans / 4 year Contract

Work Location Assignment: Paris headquarter/Flexible
