It also provides innovative technologies for the needs of the Group's markets.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
La Direction Ressources Humaines a notamment pour but d’améliorer l’expérience collaborateur des entités ALAT (Advanced Technologies), ALBGI (Biogas International) et ALCS (Cryogenic Services).

Dans ce contexte, vous êtes rattaché (e) au Responsable des Relations Sociales. Vous êtes aussi en relation avec les HRBP, le Pôle administratif et les collaborateurs.

Concrètement, vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Assister l’équipe des relations sociales dans la gestion des dossiers du personnel
- Participer à la préparation et au suivi des réunions avec les instances représentatives du personnel (CSE, CSSCT, etc.)
- Contribuer à la mise en place des accords d’entreprise et à leur suivi
- Participer à la veille juridique et sociale et assurer la mise à jour des documents internes
- Assister à la gestion des conflits et à la mise en place des procédures disciplinaires
- Participer à des projets transverses en lien avec les relations sociales

**Are you a MATCH?
Vous souhaitez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+ 4/5 (M1 ou M2) spécialisée en Droit social et Relations sociales /RH.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit social (Parcours en Droit).

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, suite Office (Excel, Word ) et suite Google.

Vous maîtrisez un niveau intermédiaire en Anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Autonome, flexible, organisé.e et rigoureux.se, vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre relationnel, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous aimez travailler en équipe. Vous savez adopter une posture pragmatique en toute situation, notamment sur les aspects de confidentialité liés aux informations que vous traitez.
