Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Take care of all cleaning duties across the restaurant, following direction from the management team
- Keep on top of daily tasks and make sure everything is completed on time and to a high standard
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety rules, including COSHH guidelines
- Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies and operational procedures

- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury high-volume restaurant
