As a Housekeeper at Zuma, every corner of the restaurant reflects the experience we deliver — clean, polished, and always welcoming. You’ll play a key part in keeping the space looking its best, helping to create the environment our guests and team love. Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Take care of all cleaning duties across the restaurant, following direction from the management team
- Keep on top of daily tasks and make sure everything is completed on time and to a high standard
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety rules, including COSHH guidelines
- Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies and operational procedures

- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury high-volume restaurant
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
