**Job Summary **:Manages and oversees overall plant operations to ensure profitability and attainment of goals. The duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Directly reporting to the Director of Industrial Operations France, the Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the site and its reorganization.
In this context your missions will be as follows:
- Responsible for plant production goals and for the coordination of plant operations within company policies and procedures.
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizational goals - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls.
- Management of location budget in coordination with Regional Controller.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant plant.
- Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
- Ability to interact and engage with customers during onsite and customer location visits and meetings.
- Develop a well-trained and motivated Leadership Team.
- Federate and lead teams around the company's project.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings, and the ability to make presentations to large groups of individuals.
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Ensure a real strength of proposition, animate, and create a vision for your plant and define the roadmap.

**Profile**:
Beyond your technical training, you have acquired significant experience in managing production teams and managing your profit centre in a demanding industrial environment.
Versatile and pragmatic, you want to join for the long term in a structure recognized for its technical know-how and offering real autonomy in decision-making.
A hands-on person with good interpersonal skills, you will be a source of proposals and motivation for the team while knowing how to demonstrate a high level of vision to contribute to the industrial performance of the site and improve its productivity.
Fluency in English is necessary for communications within the group and your development.

- Strong preference for Aluminium Extrusion Industry experience.
