As an FP&A Analyst on the Finance team, you will play a key role in our financial planning processes and operations. We are looking for someone who has an eye for data and a passion for optimization.The role will partner with various groups across the organization to create, maintain and enhance an accurate budgeting, reporting and forecasting process, build a scalable finance routine, and provide meaningful insights through sound business planning and reporting. **Six-month expectations**: - Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting including operational KPIs and company’s financials (P&L and Cash flow statements) - Optimize our company processes whose objectives are to deliver robust financial information and dashboards - Liaising closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial reporting and projections of financial performance. - Drive automation throughout both the forecasting and reporting processes - Contribute to Ankorstore’s success through positive partnerships with staff across the organization **Twelve-month expectations**: - Generate timely and accurate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives - Partner with functional leads to institute a rhythm of financial forecast, review and budget discipline, including preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reviews for executive management - Evolve the company-wide revenue/costs forecast process, highlighting risks and opportunities - Maintain detailed financial models to support both short - and long-term strategic plans **Qualifications** - At least 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit (Big 4) or consulting firm - Fluent both in French and English - Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure is required - Good skills on Excel, SQL and other BI tools are required (Pigment is a plus) - Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to synthesise recommendations from analysis - A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude - High attention to detail with a dedication to data integrity and operational efficiency - Team player with a strong work ethic, and drive to succeed **Benefits/Perks** At Ankorstore we offer a versatile range of benefits to support employees' well-being and work-life balance, fostering personal growth within an innovative and adaptable work environment. - We are a remote-friendly company; even if the job is based in Paris, you will have the opportunity to work remotely several times a months - All of our employees are automatically covered by Health Insurance & Life Insurance.
