**Your key responsibilities**
- Perform business analysis
- Influencing stakeholders with fact based data
- Create business cases to support important decision making
- Organize and coordinate all operational accounting functions
- Ensure that monthly/annual closing is executed in accordance with the deadlines and quality required by the group
- Ensure the accuracy of information by testing and controlling SAP data as well as financial information.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the treasury and financing, the relationship with third parties: bankers, auditors, etc.
- Collaborate with the group management control: planning, budgeting, reporting.
- Contribute to the improvement or implementation of accounting management information systems.
- Supervise a team of 2 people, ensure an optimized organization and distribution of tasks as well as systematic implementation of back up.
- Participate in the implementation of new standards and regulations (SOX, LSF, IAS/ IFRS...)
- Perform and/or supervise internal controls (ICS) according to group rules.

**You bring**
- Proven track record and strong background in Finance business partnering & analysis, combined with strategic insights
- Good understanding of numbers. Ability to operate in a complex system/data environment.
- High sense of ownership and accountability, ability to work independently
- Facility to connect with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and globe
- Communication skills for impact in your presentation with stakeholders
- Strong modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel and systems in general
