**Mission générale**
Le night manager supervise et encadre l'équipe de nuit pour garantir un service client de qualité.
Il effectue son travail avec ponctualité, motivation et professionnalisme dans le but de satisfaire les attentes des clients et participer proactivement au développement de la politique commerciale de l’établissement.
**Missions**:
- Superviser les opérations nocturnes de l’établissement
- Assurer la gestion de l’accueil des clients pendant la nuit, répondre à leurs demandes et résoudre d’éventuels problèmes.
- Garantir la sécurité des lieux et des biens.
- Superviser l’équipe de nuit, en assurant la bonne répartition des tâches et en offrant un soutien opérationnel.
- Gérer les situations d'urgence en veillant à une réponse rapide et efficace.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives en fin de journée (clôture de caisse, rapports, etc.).
**Horaire de travail : 4/3 en 39h**
- **Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis.**_
- **La maitrise du logiciel Opéra est un plus.**_
