Our client, a world-class Asian agri-food group, is experiencing a strong growth in Europe in Retail and Food Service. The group is expanding its Consumer Goods business in Europe by offering a great variety of products to BtoB and BtoC customers.
- To support their growth ambition and strengthen their team, the company is looking for their next Trade Marketing Manager Food Service (F/M).
- Within the Food Service Marketing department, you are in charge of developing the trade marketing strategy in alignment with the global business vision. You also develop and implement marketing tools working in partnership with the commercial team.
- You are proactively working towards building a strong and daily collaboration between the Marketing and the Sales teams who are based in France, UK, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. Your work perimeter is therefore European.
- Your main tasks will be:
- Coordinate and manage the CRM tool;
- Using this tool, develop relevant and effective sales tools;
- Monitor, analyze and optimize existing sales support tools where appropriate;
- Set up, develop and activate a loyalty program for our BtoB customers;
- Recommend and then implement a relevant categorical approach;
- Actively contribute to promotional and activation activities within the department.

You have a Masters Degree in Sales or Marketing and at least 5 years of significant experience in sales and operational marketing (Trade Marketing, Category Management...) with a strong knowledge in the food service in agri-food sector. Regarding the international environment you experienced working and/or studying abroad, and are comfortable working in an inter-cultural environment (you are fluent in English).
- You have a great sense of analysis and are proactive, dynamic, adaptable and creative. You have an experience in analysing data and drawing out insights and actions.
- You're at ease with Pack Office and familiar with CRM tools. An experience in setting up a CRM and/or loyalty program is a plus. - Au sein du département Marketing Food Service, et rattaché au Manager Marketing Europe, vous êtes en charge de développer la stratégie de Trade marketing, en accord avec la vision globale de l'entreprise. Vous développez et mettez également en place des outils marketing en partenariat avec l'équipe commerciale.Vous collaborez donc au quotidien avec vos collègues de l'équipe Marketing ainsi qu'avec les équipes commerciales basées en France, au Royaume-Uni, en Espagne, aux Pays-Bas et en Allemagne. Votre périmètre de travail est ainsi européen.- Vos principales tâches seront:
- Coordonner et gérer l'outil CRM,
- A partir de cet outil, développer des outils de vente pertinents et efficaces,
- Suivre, analyser et optimiser les outils d'aide à la vente existants le cas échéant,
- Mettre en place, développer et activer un programme de fidélité pour nos clients B to B,
- Recommander puis mettre en œuvre une approche catégorielle pertinente,
- Contribuer activement aux activités de promotion et d'activation au sein du département.

Issu d'une formation supérieure de type école de commerce ou maîtrise universitaire Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle réussie d’au moins 5 ans au sein des fonctions Sales et Marketing (Trade Marketing, Category Management) dans un univers agro-alimentaire international. Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des canaux Food Service et GMS, et êtes à l’aise avec le pack Office et les outils CRM.Vous savez mener opérationnellement des projets auprès des différentes fonctions de l’organisation et partenaires extérieurs.
