As part of our mission to empower businesses to make confident decisions, we are looking for a skilled and driven **Product Manager** to lead the evolution of our **Compliance Solutions portfolio**, especially in anti-corruption (Sapin 2), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF/LCB-FT), and third-party risk management.

**Your Role**:
As the Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you will own the roadmap with the Technical Product Manager and full product lifecycle across our compliance suite. You will be the bridge between market needs, regulatory dynamics, customer expectations, and technical feasibility. You’ll work closely with engineering, product owner, marketing, legal, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful and timely solutions across France and Benelux.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Own the product vision and roadmap** for the compliance portfolio together with the Compliance Technical Product Manager, aligning it with regulatory developments, customer needs, and Altares' business strategy.
- Translate market signals, regulatory changes, customer feedback, and technical opportunities into **a prioritized, well-defined backlog**.
- Lead/Participate in **cross-functional alignment and agile rituals** (e.g., PI planning, sprint reviews, demos) in collaboration with PO, developers, and tech leads.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate product success and drive iterative improvements.
- Coordinate **end-to-end feature and product launches** across functions (pricing, packaging, training, sales enablement, contract/legal updates).
- Act as the go-to expert on compliance trends (e.g., anti-corruption, AML, CTF, sanctions screening), helping guide strategic decisions.
- Drive a **fast time-to-market** while ensuring product quality, regulatory robustness, and business value.
- Evangelize product strategy internally and externally to build engagement and visibility.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **3+ years of B2B product management** experience, ideally in compliance, risk, legaltech, fintech, or data-intensive solutions.
- Strong understanding of **regulatory landscapes** and operational needs in anti-corruption, LCB-FT/AML or third-party risk domains.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and ship products in complex environments.
- Experience working with **technical teams and agile methodologies**.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; experience managing backlogs, customer feedback loops, and MVP releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **French and English. Dutch would be a plus.**:

- Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Law, or related field.
