**Job Description Summary**: English

To be part of the Installation and M&E engineering team of GE Wind Offshore. The team is responsible for the supply of all the transport and installation tools for GE Wind Offshore projects around the world. The team is leading the design, manufacturing, supply of the tools and methodologies related to the sea transport, road transport, storage, pre assembly and offshore installation of the wind turbines.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Participate in the development of the tools in particular to give insights from field operation perspective.
- Attend to FAT and SAT of the tools.
- Support the operations on site during mobilization and demobilization of the tools, in particular when assembly is required.
- Support project team to organize trainings, coordinate with tool suppliers.
- Support project team during the use of the tools. Collect feedback.
- Analyze technical issue when required, propose solutions in coordination with back office when required, instruct and follow on site adaptations.
- Propose short term and long term improvements.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Experienced in tools development and/or T&I operations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English both spoken and written

**Principales responsabilités**
- Participer au développement des outils, en particulier pour communiquer le point de vue des équipes de terrain
- Participer aux essais de réception en usine (FAT) et aux essais de réception sur site (SAT) des outils
- Soutenir les opérations sur site lors de la mobilisation et de la démobilisation des outils, en particulier lorsqu’un assemblage est nécessaire
- Soutenir l'équipe de projet pour organiser des formations, en coordination avec les fournisseurs d'outils
- Soutenir l'équipe de projet lors de l'utilisation des outils ; recueillir le retour d’expérience
- Analyser tout problème technique si nécessaire, proposer des solutions en coordination avec le back-office le cas échéant, fournir des instructions et suivre les adaptations sur site
- Proposer des améliorations à court terme et à long terme

**Qualifications requises/Exigences**
- BAC+4 ou en génie mécanique

**Critères d’éligibilité**
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience à un poste similaire
- Expérience dans le développement d’outils et les opérations de transport et d’installation
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Anglais courant, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

**Qualifications souhaitées**
- Expérience des structures mécaniques et/ou des outils électriques/automatisés/hydrauliques
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Organisé(e) et transparent(e)
- Bonnes compétences de communication, grande flexibilité
- Capacité à travailler dans une équipe multiculturelle/pluridisciplinaire
- Mobilité : déplacements sur site à prévoir
