This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join an international and highly skilled team, and to make significant contributions to commercializing a technology with far-reaching potential across the biological sciences and beyond. **The Role** **Main Responsibilities** - Réaliser les expériences de biologie moléculaire définies en accord avec les chercheurs de l'équipe Applications de façon efficace et reproductible. - Contribuer à la conception des expériences, à l'analyse des résultats et leur présentation. - Appliquer et contribuer au respect des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire - Participer activement à la réalisation des objectifs critiques de la société, notamment en acceptant de travailler en dehors de sa zone d'expertise si nécessaire **Qualifications and Education Requirements** - Essentielles :_ - Bac+2/3 en Biotechnologie ou Biologie Moléculaire - 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en R&D en biologie moléculaire dans le secteur industriel ou académique - Excellente connaissance des techniques de biologie moléculaire : Méthodes de purification et de caractérisation des acides nucléiques, PCR, qPCR, clonage, techniques d'analyse de produits biologie moléculaire (électrophorèse, spectrophotométrie) - Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, le poste implique d'interagir avec de nombreuses personnes travaillant au sein d'équipes différentes - Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques - Personnalité motivée avec un fort intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies ; appréciant le travail sur automates et le développement technologique - Bonne maîtrise d'Office (Excel, Word et Powerpoint) - Dynamisme, réactivité, rigueur - Bon niveau d'Anglais (équipe internationale) **Preferred Skills and Abilities** - Expérience de travail sur des systèmes automatisés de type robots pipeteurs (Eppendorf, Tecan, Opentrons) - Expérience de travail au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires - Expérience dans le domaine de la synthèse d'acides nucléiques - Expérience dans le séquençage d'acide nucléiques (Sanger ou NGS, préparation de librairie de séquençage) **Miscellaneous** - Job located in Kremlin Bicêtre - Start date: As soon as possible
