**_The Team:_**
- An international team (with more than 30 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

**Your role**

Joining ARCHIMED Consulting team, you will play a leading role to drive successful adoption of internal tools & processes. Your main goal will be to accompany the company’s fast scale-up by driving internal change and contributing to leverage digital tools.

Through your fine understanding of our business needs and a constant attention to operational performance, you will set-up and disseminate efficient business processes across the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Audit our investment tools & processes and their usage
- Recommend improvements in our processes & KPIs and formalize them into guidelines
- Recommend evolutions in our dashboards & digital platforms to maximize usage, acting as a bridge between our Investment team and our Data & IT team
- Communicate on the vision & rationale for the implementation of new processes
- Engage with users constantly to understand and foster their adoption of tools & processes
- Keep our fast-growing team up to speed by designing and delivering digital and in-person trainings
- Monitor operational performance by watching KPIs and adjusting your actions accordingly

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in change management with strong exposure to digital projects, within a consulting firm, a corporate or a scale-up
- Master’s degree in Management, Business or related field
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting demands
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
