The Head of Financing - VP Treasury is reporting to the Head of Treasury and Financing.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and excellent decision-making skills. The Head of Financing will work closely with the company's executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, maintain investor relations, and manage financial resources.
She/he is managing one collaborator and collaborate with Treasury Department managers, and Consolidation and Tax departments.

With the Head of Treasury and Financing:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and objectives to align with the company's MTP, budget and overall business plans, including KPIs such as liquidity, maturity, diversification.
2. Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring a high level of performance, efficiency, and accuracy in all financial processes.
3. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
4. Maintain investor relations, ensuring timely and accurate communication of financial results and key performance indicators.
5. Define the funding policy based on our Middle term plan / Budget including KPIs such as liquidity, maturities, diversification,
6. Select, negotiate and implement funding instruments in accordance with the funding policy
7. Identify FX/rate exposures and define hedging strategies
8. Define and organize the internal funding policy securing subsidiaries liquidity in accordance with local legal/tax regulations.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
10. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard the company's financial assets
11. Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and support company growth.

In this role, She/he will also collaborate internally with:

15. The Sustainability Dept for ESG matters
16. The Cash Management dpt for external/internal funding matters
17. The Front Office dpt to define hedging strategies
18. The Middle Office dpt to ensure hedging qualification (IFRS) and reconciliation with Debt instruments
19. Treasury areas managers, to ensure local needs are covered and contracted
20. Tax, Legal and consolidation dpt for structuring and regulation aspects

In this role, the Head of Financing will deal with Roquette’s bank pool, Investors, Advisors (Finance/Legal) and rating agencies.
