**What will you be doing?**
- Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines et rattaché(e) à la Responsable RH France, le/la HR Business Partner (HRBP) fournit un support proactif aux collaborateurs de son périmètre sur l’ensemble des aspects Ressources Humaines (recrutement, rémunération et avantages sociaux, développement, formation, relations individuelles...).- Il/Elle étudie, propose et met en œuvre des règles de fonctionnement, respectant la politique RH Groupe, la législation en vigueur et les exigences opérationnelles, et qui permettent d’assurer la cohérence de la gestion RH au sein de l’entreprise et entre les disciplines/départements, ou de converger vers des règles communes en cas d’écart constaté.**Principales responsabilités**:

- Staffing- Etablit avec le recruteur les propositions contractuelles en s'assurant que les éléments de rémunération proposés sont conformes à la politique salariale établie par la Direction des Ressources Humaines.
- Rémunération & Avantages sociaux- Dans le respect de la politique et du budget définis par l’entreprise, gère la campagne des bonus et augmentations.
- Lors de tout changement de situation professionnelle, établit la proposition de réévaluation de salaire et/ ou de band, en s’assurant que les éléments de rémunération proposés sont en cohérence avec les grilles salariales internes.
- Formation & Développement RH- Suit le plan de formation annuel avec les responsables de service, avec le soutien des services RH support.
- Coordonne et veille au bon déroulement du processus d’évaluation annuelle, (notamment en initiant toute action de formation et de communication nécessaire), dans le respect de la politique de l’entreprise.
- Elabore la « Talent Review » et le « Succession Plan » avec les responsables de service, dans le respect des procédures du Groupe.
- Mobilité internationale- Vise toute demande d’approbation avant une mobilité internationale.
- S’assure d’un suivi effectif de la carrière des expatriés au sein de leur département pendant la durée de leur mobilité internationale.
- Développe la communication nécessaire à l’égard des expatriés pour assurer la continuité de lien avec leur pays/ département d’origine.
- Relations individuelles- Accompagne les managers dans le déroulement des procédures disciplinaires (lettre de rappel à l’ordre, avertissement) et des ruptures de contrat de travail (licenciement, retraite, rupture conventionnelle).
- Projets RH- contribue activement à la mise en œuvre de projets RH liés à la performance, au développement des collaborateurs, à la formation, à l’inclusion et à la diversité.
- assure le déploiement des outils et des politiques du Groupe et des accords d’entreprises en les adaptant au contexte local, tout en garantissant leur conformité réglementaire.

**What experience would we like you to have?**
- Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+4/+5 en Ressources Humaines et/ou Droit Social, vous avez 7 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion des ressources humaines dans l’industrie et dans un contexte international. Vous faîtes preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et d’organisation.- Un niveau d’anglais bilingue est nécessaire pour la tenue de ce poste.**An environment where you can thrive**
