Biodossier Transformation Lead - EMEA (w/m)
- The _**_Biodossier transformation Lead will_**_ _**_lead a team of 10 talents across EMEA fostering transformation of practices and processes along the project Pipe shifting from the current practices toward an agile digitally minded organization_**_. _
- _By developing the Regional strategy for Biodossier submission the Biodossier Transformation Lead will drive transformation across pipe of projects while ensuring a harmonized and consistent service model. _
- _By engaging the Biodossier team in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements to foster collaboration and ensure all project activities deliver clear value and comply with Regulatory Authority regulations, guidance’s and Standards. _
- As the leader he or she _**_will drive Knowledge & coordinate the Expertise _**_to support Bayer activities and as require will participate to the related Industry consortium and Authorities meetings._

**_YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- _Ensure that the digital roadmap adequately supports the transition to target state and informs necessary capabilities across all stakeholders to support end to end workflows_
- _Steer the Biodeco teams to anticipate and coordinate the pipe of deliverables and associated timings_
- _Define & Develop best in class holistic data strategy to support teams’ analytics need while fulfilling regionals agency’s needs_
- _Develop and improve processes, and procedures, to provide critical path analysis, hand offs, scenarios, key milestone _
- _Collaborate with peers within Bayer and beyond, to ensure delivery of the transformation goals while ensuring high quality Biological Assessment Dossiers (BAD’s)_
- _Achieve excellence. Drive business performance._
- _Ensure contingency is built into transformation plans to cope with unexpected issues._
- _Develop ideas into change initiatives and consulting with business partners for portfolio planning and forecasting of Biological Dossiers._
- _Coordinate the collection and coordination needed for the construction of the CIR for FS Qualifications & competencies_
- _Coordinate expertise to support Industry consortium Activities around biological data requirements and usage in Biodossiers**_WHO YOU ARE ?_**
- Excellent demonstrated leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across transfonctional and multinationals stakeholders_
- Demonstrated influencer and negotiation skills with ability to convince and inspire others in achieving team objectives._
- Effectively drive multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure value creation and clear defined KPI’s (content, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, etc.)_
- Fluency in project management, digital/ transformation a must._
- Ability to evaluate and analyze large amounts of information and capacity to report information._
- At least 3-5 years of experience in different Scientific, Pharmaceutical, agricultural areas. _
- Background and knowledge in agronomy, plant protection and testing practices would be a benefit_
- Good written and oral communication skills_
- Fluency in English is essential_
