Network / Production Planner(F/m/x)

The network planner role exists to enable volume growth and service delivery at optimal costs and cash (stocks) over the short to medium term (up to 3 years) for their technology network through
- reconciling supply capability with the demand from the markets and championing work-streams with value stream managers, IEs and multiple markets to overcome any mismatch
- shaping the network sourcing strategy for their technology and decision making on item level sourcing
- being the central point of communication on the impact of demand balancing for the markets and factories in their network

This role owns and drives the roadmap for service, stock management and planning improvement initiatives for their technology network.
**What are we looking for?**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience; knowledge on Business Processes in specific area, experience in other functions is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Adaptability and speed of reaction to daily issues in operational mode
- Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of English (fluent written and oral)
- Understanding of the production process and the importance of providing excellent customer service.
- Proven track record of delivering results in an environment driven by continuous improvement.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**

Create Feasible Production Plans and planning capability
- Capacity and demand balance for the assigned factory network(s) over the entire S&OP+ horizon to reconcile supply capability with the markets demand and ensure the best Customer Service at optimal cost and stocks
- Delivery of feasible production plan for the factory scheduling based on the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
- Drive continuous improvement of their own contribution in the end to end supply planning area

Shape / Optimize the Network
- Owns and drives the roadmap for service and stocks for their network to enable delivery of the operating plan and supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with network IEs to shape network sourcing strategy in mid-term (up to 3 years) to support volume growth and customer service delivery
- Lead recommendations for permanent or interim re-sourcing of items
- Influence VSMs (Manufacturing Managers) to shape value stream strategy to enable optimal customer service and stock holding for the network - championing work-streams to enable this

Central Communication Point
- central point of communication on the impact of demand balancing for the markets and factories in their network and other planning related topics
- responsible for resolving any demand balancing conflicts or escalating where sensitive
- Ensure that all risks to supply are highlighted/discussed and appropriate actions taken in S&OP forums
- Network Planning
- Lead Root Cause Analysis of significant service failures, responsible for holding action owners to account to prevent repeat failures
- Scenario plan upside volume opportunities and downside risks to understand impact on supply chain metrics and use this to make recommendations to key stakeholders
- Regularly review KPIs such as line utilization, safety stock,and take action to deliver customer service with optimal costs and cash
- Balance finished goods distribution between warehouses (markets and HAG HUB) to ensure product availability and minimize finished goods write-off
- Deliver and continually challenge Pipeline Minimum Stock (PMS) for all markets supplied
