Founded in 2010 in Nice, Café du Cycliste is a French brand specializing in high-end cycling apparel and accessories inspired by the cycling experience on the French Riviera. We combine technical expertise with bold style to offer cycling clothing for all practices, as well as a lifestyle collection inspired by outdoor culture. Primarily distributed online, we also operate three retail locations and collaborate with around 60 resellers, with ambitious goals in France and internationally.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Production**: Create videos and photos in both studio and outdoor settings for our e-commerce platform, social media, and other communication channels.
- **Session Organization**: Contribute to location scouting, concept definition, artistic direction, model selection, and more.
- **Post-Production**: Handle all elements through to delivery for the marketing teams, including video editing, photo retouching, exporting, cataloging, and archiving digital files on our shared server. Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- **Visual Selection**: Make an initial selection of photos for specific campaigns in collaboration with your manager.
- **Studio Management**: Ensure the upkeep of the internal studio, manage consumables, and maintain equipment functionality.
- **Creative Monitoring**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor practices, proposing innovative ideas for future campaigns.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**: Several years as a videographer and photographer, ideally in the outdoor sports sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Mastery of image capture and video editing to produce diverse content (product videos, reports, advertising, etc.). Expertise in studio and outdoor photography techniques, with the ability to create varied imagery (studio shots, action shots, close-ups, etc.). Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and enhancement is a plus.
- **Retouching**: Excellent command of retouching software, especially for color correction, sharpness, resizing, and localized adjustments.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English is essential.
- **Passion**: A personal interest in cycling or outdoor sports would be appreciated.
