Afin que la croissance de Waterdrop en France soit un succès, sous la direction de l'area manger, **voici vos principales missions**: - Manager fédérer et orienter vos animateurs commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction - Participer à la démonstration des produits Waterdrop et expliquer les usages auprès de votre clientèle - Rendre des comptes réguliers de votre activité et suivre quotidiennement le chiffre d’ affaire généré - Achalander le point de vente de façon organisée et commerciale tout en suivant l’état des stocks - Gérer les potentiels litiges entre les animateurs commerciaux et votre clientèle - Accueillir, conseiller et encaisser cette clientèle **Vous êtes**: - Pédagogue et à l’écoute, vous voulez faire grandir et progresser chaque membre de votre équipe - Dynamique et de bonne humeur, être polyvalent n’est pas un problème pour vous - Endurant et orienté résultat, vous avez à cœur d’atteindre vos objectifs - Conciliant et toujours tourné vers vos clients, vous avez comme première volonté de satisfaire leurs attentes - Très bon communicant, vous êtes l’interlocuteur de référence auprès de la direction Alors ce poste est fait pour vous Le poste recherché est pour notre boutique situé Gare Montparnasse.
