**Job Summary**:
Developing the sales of Key components as stand-alone products is vital to increasing our market share. This growth initiative targets our traditional customer base as well as the development of new sales channels. In recent years, the sales of key components in Europe have seen significant growth, necessitating a dedicated senior process engineer for Key components type L0 projects in France. You will join the France and Benelux engineering team with significant links to the rest of the KC team and also with the business Streams.
Position based in France (La Défense) 50% travel time
**What you will do**:
**Project management**
- Full responsibility for project execution in accordance with the contract and customer expectations
- Administrative management of the project following current processes and procedures
- Technical support to customers and subcontractors in the integration of the key component
- Resource planning in accordance with customer schedules and the availability of internal resources
- Management of project changes during execution and issuance of amendments
- Validation of Key component project performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver appropriate documentation
- Financial monitoring of projects to ensure margin. Participation in monthly project reviews
**Pre-project and support**
- Work in collaboration with the Key components team to build small project solutions while integrating customer requests and expectations, in line with Tetra Pak's purchasing policy
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers in accordance with standard models
- Responsible for customer complaints (Issue driver)
- Implementation and monitoring of commissioning procedures
- Provide KC expertise within engineering

- Project margin
- Issue resolution KPI
- Key component order intake
- Customer satisfaction
**We believe you have**:
- Minimum Bac+3 in engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years as a technician, technical support, etc.
- Mechanical, automation, and electrical skills
- Commercial skills
- Ability to work in a team with a leadership attitude
- Curious, autonomous in learning
- Written and spoken French and English
