For the IT Project Manager position we expect you to:

- Be responsible for the delivery of the INT software projects according to the project objectives (quality, cost, time, scope, risk, benefits).
- Lead the project delivery, and effectively coordinate the project teams towards the delivery goals.
- Present ideas, concepts and alternative solutions generating added value to the project and the business in general.
- Perform detailed project & quality planning based on best practices (e.g. PRINCE2).
- Facilitate workshops and participate on selected analysis & architecture meetings.
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
- Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances Ensure that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria.
- Manage change in the scope and technology landscape of the project, facilitating agreement for revisions to the project between project stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all the project stakeholders during the lifecycle of the project.
- Work in close cooperation with the development teams in order to perform planned activities.
- Take overall responsibility for all the risks and resolve any issues ensuring the project successful outcome.
- Report on the project performance to selected internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish strong and trusted relationships with the customers.
- Work closely with the project support officers during the delivery of the project.

**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience on the range of the aforementioned responsibilities.
- Strong experience on managing complex software projects.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- High analytical skills, ability to understand the project scope and to communicate with the various project roles (e.g. analysts, developers, designers, architects, etc.)
- Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, PM2) are highly desirable with one of them mandatory.
- Relevant knowledge of ITIL v3, COBIT, CMMI is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze complex information and generate reports.
- Ability to interface effectively with users, technical staff and to give presentations to senior management.
- Organized, methodical, team player and able to prioritize and delegate workload.
- Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written).
