You join the Financial Steering team of Natixis IM as Senior Management Controller - Reporting Group. The Financial Management of Natixis IM is in charge of group management reporting, financial monitoring of NIM’s affiliates and financial monitoring of the Federation entities (distribution platforms and Global Holding).

Your daily tasks are:

- Prepare the reporting phases (closing or forecast) in the SAP financial consolidation software while maintaining and updating the dashboards and Excel templates;
- Supervise the process of reconciliation of reinvoices between the group entities during monthly, quarterly and forecast/budget closing, while preparing and recording accounting and analytical records for the production of management data;
- Ensure the consolidation and analytical review of management data through, in particular, analysis of deviations from previous year, forecast and budget, and monitoring key performance indicators;
- Produce deliverables and management analyses, including PowerPoint presentations with tables, waterfall graphics and comments for the general management;
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production of management data and analysis, while documenting processes and controls;
- Ensure the communication of financial and management data to other stakeholders and departments of the company (marketing, compliance, communication, risks, human resources etc.) ;
- Develop a business partner relationship with other financial management controllers (EMEA/APAC/North America) and with the company’s stakeholders.

As Senior Management Controller - Group Reporting, you participate in the implementation of the Finance Data Platform project (implementation of a Data Lake finance, implementation of the future financial consolidation and FP&A tool, digitisation of the tools of the Financial Department of NIM).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

With a higher education, you have at least 8 years of experience in management control and accounting, FP&A and reporting.

You are proficient in:

- Accounting, in particular in the areas of consolidation, financial control and reporting;
- Financial modelling;
- Excel, as well as accounting/consolidation (SAP CFB, SAP HANA, Tagetik, One stream) and reporting (PowerBi) IT tools;
- PowerPoint and MS360 tools in general.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Able to work with confidential and sensitive information and demonstrate a high level of professional ethics.
- Recognized for your team spirit and autonomy;
- Appreciated for your writing skills.

You have a C1 level of English.
