**We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer**Join an ambitious team pushing the boundaries of AI technology, redefining how humans interact with software.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge deep tech while prioritizing an exceptional user experience. Our mission is to create an intuitive product that makes software interactions feel effortless—like magic.

As a **Founding AI Engineer**, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and iterate the first version of our product, focusing on achieving product-market fit through rapid experimentation. You will play a key role in defining what to build next and how to deliver maximum value to users as quickly as possible.

**Location**:Paris, France (onsite 3 days per week)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Work alongside the CEO to define the **minimum viable product (MVP)** that will create an immediate impact for beta users.
- Collaborate with the founding team to design the **Product Roadmap** and determine feature prioritization.
- Architect a **flexible and scalable system design**, ensuring the ability to integrate the latest advancements in AI.
- Establish a **robust DevOps pipeline** and a comprehensive testing environment for efficient deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, continuously researching and integrating the latest open-source models and techniques.
- Build and iterate **machine learning research** into actionable, production-ready code.
- Take the lead in **hiring and scaling** the engineering team, ensuring strong collaboration across product, sales, and marketing.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **4+ years of experience** in building and iterating products from 0 to 1.
- Experience designing and implementing **strong, scalable data pipelines**.
- Deep understanding of **AI systems, vector databases, and multimodal models**.
- Proficiency in tools like **Lightning AI, LangChain, Llama Index, Amazon Bedrock, and FAISS**.
- Ability to translate **machine learning research papers into practical, working code**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a **builder’s mindset**, eager to experiment and innovate.
- Passion for startups—you thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and embrace challenges head-on.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **inverse dynamic models** or **inverse reinforcement learning**.
- Background in **gamification** or a passion for video games.
- **3+ years of deep learning and reinforcement learning experience**, including **human feedback (RLHF)**.
