Business Analyst

Mission - The individual will be responsible for business planning (forecast), reporting and analysis (product analysis). Also manage diverse projects for HOI business continuity.

Key role requirements
- To produce regular presentations required for stakeholder meetings such as Weekly, Monthly Quarterly Business Reviews and Product Insights (Seasonal Readiness).
- Work in partnership with EHQ Business planning teams on communicating stores' forecasting and reviewing business trends.
- Create and input on Commercial Calendar, highlighting key dates and campaigns both past and future.
- To contribute towards Strategic planning and decisions for stores based on product and business data.
- To build a library of reports that will be refreshed and used to support stores.
- To work with all relevant stores to prepare for Global and EMEA visits, produce presentations and data required for Store Teams.
- Analyze assortment performance per category/gender to identify trends and potential opportunities and highlight any risk or opportunity.
- Prepare the stores (selected stores only) for peak seasons by increasing stock levels to support the additional sales. Analyze the trends from previous seasons in order to advise on the correct uplift.
- Validate any mark down or promotional activity opportunity.
- Review P&L reporting and highlight topics impacting or contributing to EBIT FC.
- Work in partnership with Sr. RTD, Monthly HC calls, Strategic Priorities, Paris Mkt Plc - 25%
- Work in partnership with Merch/Allocation call product and action plan follow up - 15%
