**Description du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) Conducteur(trice) d’Engins en CDI pour intervenir sur l’Hippodrome et le Centre d’Entraînement de Chantilly. Vous aurez pour mission d’assurer le bon entretien des pistes et espaces verts en utilisant du matériel agricole et spécialisé.

**Missions principales**
- Réaliser le battage des pistes sur le centre d’entraînement.
- Conduire des engins agricoles pour effectuer des travaux d’entretien courant et de gros entretien des surfaces hippiques (tonte, hersage, arrosage, roulage, débroussaillage, taille de haies, etc.).
- Effectuer l’arrosage des pistes engazonnées à l’aide de rampes.
- Détecter les pannes ou anomalies et signaler les informations pertinentes à votre responsable.
- Procéder à l’entretien courant des engins (vidange, graissage, contrôle des niveaux).

Votre activité devra toujours respecter les normes de sécurité et environnementales, incluant l’utilisation appropriée des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI).

**Profil recherché**

**Formation et expérience**:

- CAP Conducteur d’Engins ou diplôme équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire.

**Compétences techniques**:

- Maîtrise de la conduite d’engins agricoles et des équipements associés.
- Connaissances en entretien d’engins et utilisation des documentations techniques.
- Respect des normes de sécurité et environnementales.
- Permis B obligatoire (C apprécié).

**Qualités personnelles**:

- Polyvalence, ponctualité et autonomie.
- Capacité d’adaptation et respect des consignes.
- Soin dans l’exécution des tâches et vigilance.

**Informations contractuelles**
- **Lieu de travail**: Centre d’Entraînement de Chantilly.
- **Disponibilité**: Présence requise certains week-ends et jours fériés.

Rémunération : 28 000,00€ à 30 000,00€ par an
