**Apprenti Avant-Vente HPE Infrastructure et Stockage Arrow ECS France**
Arrow proposera un plan d'accompagnement technique sur les technologies prises en charge par l'apprenti
- Certifications techniques HPE
- Découverte des différentes typologies d'infrastructure IT
- Mise en situation technique dans le Solution Center Arrow pour des démos live
- Utilisation des configurateurs techniques constructeurs, OCA HPE
Vous aurez pour Mission Technique:
- Accompagnement des partenaires clients Arrow sur les architectures serveurs, stockage HPE
- Suivi de la relation technique
- Envoyer les configurations de manière proactive aux partenaires en accord avec l'équipes commerciale et technique d'Arrow
- Gérer les demandes entrantes (mail/Téléphone) : Qualifier le besoin du partenaire et y répondre
- Gérer la création d'une architecture en accompagnement avec les équipes techniques Arrow
- Effectuer un reporting précis de toutes les actions menées Être le point de contact privilégié de plusieurs partenaires, avec l'animation et le suivi sur toutes les affaire en cours, en binôme avec le Technical Solution Manager
- Former, éduquer, accompagner les partenaires sur les nouvelles offres techniques HPE
Votre Profil:
- De formation Bac+/3 Commerce
- Vous avez un attrait particulier pour le milieu informatique
- Vos Qualités personnelles : Habitué à travailler dans un environnement très réactif, vous êtes reconnu pour votre organisation, votre dynamisme, votre curiosité, votre autonomie et votre esprit d'équipe
- Véritable âme de technique, vous aimez la technologie et vous avez un bon relationnel
