**MISSIONS**

Integrated Planning (IP) is an E2E planning organization and should be seen as the data-powered operations engine who are standardizing forecast algorithms, running scenarios and reconciling demand and supply inputs.

Integrated Planning covers:

- Demand and Supply planning (volume & value)
- Stock distribution from Factory to Distribution Centers
- Material planning

This team is part of the Customer Operations and business partnering the BU Supply Chain

This role is focus on demand creation within France for both PC and B&W BUs and weekly/monthly activities include:
1) Ensure an effective and efficient S&OP process on BU Level
- Facilitating the 18 months rolling volume forecast with its challenges of innovation & promotions in a volatile and competitive market environment and managing stakeholders like CDB/CSP, Finance, Market & BU Leads, local CO
- Responsible for delivering against agreed KPI targets (Service, Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Stocks, Obsoletes & Business Waste)
- Supporting BU & CSP colleagues to clarify the forecast, gaps to targets and supporting trade-off decisions for activities
- Responsible for supporting short term challenges concerning innovation, promotions and events, monitoring launches as well as stock management in a volatile and competitive market environment
- Ensure the transparency on the forecast hypothesis at BU Level for an effective Risk & Opps management on supply
- Owning the Business Waste process, being responsible to lower waste and to ensure the prompt sell out of obsolete and remnant stocks
- Running operational demand planning looking at master data hygiene, managing code change, check and adjust for short team trends

2) Supply & Demand Reconciliation
- Actively taking part in the RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) with the EU supply planning team
- Proactive communication on demand changes & new opportunity
- Have a very strong relationship with supply planning teams

3) Strategic Programs
- Lead /adopt Strategic Programs and new technologies on Local Inventory, Business Waste, Forecasting Hygiene (FA/FB), Portfolio Complexity, Planning Transformation and Planning Excellence such as iOps, Machine learning and Relaunch of S&OP
- Driving change and new ways of working in the planning organization
- Leadership of selected cross category improvement & change projects
- Playing an active part in the DPM EU forum sharing cross country best practices and aligned ways of working
- Be an active member of the PC and B&W EU Plan leadership team

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- Degree, preferably in the field of engineering, economics or supply chain
- 4+ Years in End to End Supply Chain operations. With experience in at least 2 areas from Planning/MSO/SU/Procurement/Logistics, a direct experience in planning will be appreciated
