Nous recherchons un(e) Content specialist pour renforcer notre équipe Communication interne et Marque employeur qui oeuvre quotidiennement pour rassembler les collaboratrices/ collaborateurs et les talents autour de nos valeurs, de la vie d’entreprise et des temps forts de l’année.
En tant que Content specialist, vous serez la force vive permettant de renouveler nos contenus de manière impactante et différenciante pour appuyer la marque employeur et la communication interne.

**#Missions**

Rattaché(e) à notre responsable internal communications, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos chargées de communication pour amplifier la parole OVHcloud auprès de nos cibles. Vos missions seront:

- Produire du contenu numérique : formaliser et élaborer du contenu éditorial ou graphique, prise de photos, création de visuels (illustrations/infographies), captation vidéo, montage, podcasts pour l'équipe en fonction des projets
- Co-animer l’intranet : mise en ligne, mises à jour, création de contenu en lien avec la chargée de communication interne
- Contribuer aux actions d'influence et animer les réseaux sociaux de la marque employeur
- Analyser et mesurer les KPIs sur les deux périmètres
- Participer à l'organisation des événements en lien avec nos chargées de communication
- Mettre en place une veille digitale
- Coordination de prestataires selon les projets

**#Profil**
- Bon communicant(e) reconnu(e) pour son style littéraire et son orthographe
- Une première expérience réussie en marque employeur et/ou communication interne
- Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur, une bonne dose de curiosité et de créativité
- Appétence pour les réseaux sociaux
- Pratique de la suite Adobe, Office, maîtrise de la captation vidéo et du montage
- Pratique de l'anglais B1 ou B2 (anglais compris)

- Connaissance de SAP JAM (logiciel collaboratif interne)
- Sensibilité à l'univers de la tech
