Lead Construction Supervisor Electrical

- )The Site Electrical Supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of work on our sites. He/she is responsible for meeting construction deadlines within his/her scope, and for monitoring the progress of electrical work within budget and schedule, in accordance with Exyte's execution plans and QHSE procedures.

The position is located close to Lille (59)

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation of electrical and I&C equipment and monitor their proper execution,
- Organize, monitor and report on the activities of subcontractors on site,
- Draw up daily and weekly coordination plans and optimize operating procedures,
- Propose technical solutions in line with the activity and in compliance with defined rules,
- Define and monitor work coordination schedules on site.
- Identify non-conformities and pass on information to the people concerned by the problem, not forgetting the site SHEQ Manager.
- Carry out assessments, inspections and ensure all evidence of quality
- Write, verify and approve applicable documents, templates, records and assessments
- Ensure compliance of subcontractors with Exyte Quality System requirements and French regulations
- Ensure specific inspections during the construction phase, on site or at the manufacturer's premises.
- Open and manage non-conformities (corrective and preventive actions).
- Carry out regular site inspections and monitoring of subcontractors' work (sampling).
- Site inspections and supervision of electrical tests/verify and monitor FAT and SAT (Factory Acceptance Test/ Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning.

**Show your expertise**:

- Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in an equivalent position in industrial construction (TCE sites).
- Solid knowledge of industrial construction phases
- Good experience in subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of NFC15100, 13100 & 13200 standards.
- Electrical certification required: B2/BC/BE/B2V
- Work at height and PPE qualifications required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and rigorous, you are also able to make suggestions
- Ability to work as part of a team, independently and proactively
- You can handle pressure well and are comfortable negotiating
- Good level of English (B2 - Intermediate minimum) / fluent French
- Valid residence permit required for foreign workers
- Good computer skills (pack office)
- Valid driving license
