**Missions Globale**:

- Il participe à la tenue de la comptabilité générale, dans le respect des procédures établies, en garantissant la régularité et la fiabilité des comptes.- Il assure la gestion budgétaire des frais généraux en participant au suivi des dépenses par rapport au budget établi.- Il assure la gestion de la flotte automobile (parc d’environ 80 véhicules).**Missions et activités**:

- Frais Généraux:
- Suivi et gestion des frais généraux : relations fournisseurs, négociation des renouvellements de contrats
- Notes de frais:
- Collecte, contrôle et import des frais professionnels des collaborateurs (dématérialisés via le logiciel Concur) et gestion des cartes bancaires
- Création comptable des comptes salariés
- Gestion de la flotte automobile:
- Suivi des évolutions environnementales et fiscales.
- Gestion de contrats, avenants et renouvellements.
- Logistique du parc.
- Reporting IFRS 16 et Sustainability.
