Fruit pomaces, seeds and akenes are obvious ones. But you might be curious to know how we have found concentrated juices and fruit powder as a waste of some industries too. Wasting them is nonsense. We can’t keep wasting thousands of tons of such resources.

**Description du poste**:
You will be our next Contract Manufacturing Manager. We visited many manufacturing sites to confirm there are indeed some tremendous things to do. Now, it’s confirmed that it is ready to grow, and grow big. We are now developing teams of experts to do it way bigger, way faster, and way better than ever before. So we want you to turn the sourced by-products into competitive ready-to-sell ingredients.

We feel that we are doing something huge, but we are at the beginning of it. This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility from the beginning, and push it with no limits.
As of today, two thirds of our product flows require manufacturing, as well from our direct providers as form a third parts manufacturer. To be clear, we do not operate the manufacturing of our product, and we want to keep it this way.

Working closely with all Global Category Managers, your day to day will be more or less as follow:

- Build and develop new partnerships with current providers and manufacturing third parts, while reinforcing existing ones as well with
- Strategic and tactical planning execution for Contract Manufacturing sources,
- Proactively manage CM execution and planning to support mid to high volume manufacturing,
- Manage Direct Order fulfillment process and customer commit dates,
- Risk mitigation, including Excess and Obsolescence management,
- Development and execution of outsourced assemblies and strategic component alternate sourcing plans
- Identify and collaborate on Supplier Management initiatives (Material Management, Lead-time reduction, Cost reductions)
- Identify and implement improvements to the Outsourcing and Contract Manufacturing process that enhance Customer Satisfaction, accelerate Supply Chain ramp to volume, reduce Cost and closely monitor Inventory levels
- Negotiate and manage strategic Supply and Service agreements with contract manufacturing
- Ensure effective 360 degree communication and cross-functional support for day-to-day issue management
- Support/Conduct supply chain, strategic vendor and CM communications for multiple locations - status and report to executive management

We expect you to manage projects around toll and manufacturing management, to animate and develop a worldwide network of activable partners to anticipate tomorrow’s scale, and be cost saving minded while selecting the most suited player. As a CM, you will be the cornerstone of our activity, transforming the rough gems spotted by our Sourcing team into high-quality ready to sell ingredients for our Sales team. **The team around you**:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Manager/Logistic Manager, you will benefit from his/her expertise within the job, but also from our Product Managers providing you with the best Tips&Tricks on the job specificities and technicalities.

You will have close exchanges with Sourcing and Sales teams to help you to understand specificities of their role based on side-streams products, and the impact you may have on each other's performances.

We are looking for someone who will have both-short & long-term impact. Being able to adapt to a start-up is important.

**Fondamental**:

- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Management, as well as internal as external (toll management) in the food industry is a must to achieve our goals.
- Your strong track record in Project Management, taught you how to handle industrial cross processing.
