If you are interested in a career in a highly technical environment, thrive on pushing boundaries, and want to achieve ambitious goals, we would love to hear from you. **About the Role**: As an **Industrialisation Engineer**, your main role will be to design, optimize, and implement efficient manufacturing processes that ensure the production of high-quality drones and payloads while minimizing costs and meeting technical and time constraints. **Responsibilities**: **Design, monitoring and optimization of Manufacturing Processes** - Analyze the mechanical designs from engineers to determine the best manufacturing methods, considering costs, quality, and technical constraints. - Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes, automated where possible, and suitable for the mass production of drones and their components. - Specify and co-design the test and calibration benches in collaboration with Test Bench Engineers - Assist in selecting, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers of materials, components, and subcontractors for drone production. **Collaboration with R&D Engineers** - Work closely with engineers to understand design requirements and propose industrialization solutions that meet specifications while optimizing production costs and timelines. - Suggest adjustments or improvements to the design to facilitate manufacturing without compromising drone performance or safety. **Monitoring and optimization of Manufacturing Processes** - Monitor production regularly, collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure that products are made in accordance with quality requirements and specifications - Analyze feedback from production and customer experiences to propose improvements in processes, quality, and costs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other approaches to optimize production processes. - ** Educational Background**: Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Hardware Engineering or a related field. - ** Technical Expertise**: 5-10 years experience in Industrializing production of goods - ** Additional Skills**: Experience with Robotics or Aerospace systems is a strong advantage. Experience with high volume production (>100k samples) is also a strong advantage. - ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical challenges. - ** Communication & Influence**: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals - from junior members to senior executives. - ** Commitment**: 100% dedication to Harmattan AI’s mission, vision, and ambitious growth plans, ready to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence.
