You benefit from training throughout your career, aimed at promoting your development towards different roles within the Group **Position Summary**: The Innovation marketing manager supports the innovation pipeline, ideation & concept generation, prototyping and consumer sensory insight for the development of VITTEL, CONTREX and HEPAR brands. He/She is accountable for consumer centricity mindset and contributes to Business Specific Strategies of the group. He/She contributes to align the innovation strategy with key markets, and has a key role to build strong relationship between FBU and the markets. **A day in the life of...**: - He/She contributes to define the Innovation Renovation ETE strategy of VITTEL-CONTREX-HEPAR in line with global brand strategy (AOST), Opportunity Areas, TOPAZ segmentation and markets reality. - He/She contributes to define the 4 years IR pipeline of our French still local brands, by nourishing it with market insights => identify and formalize IR business opportunities for our markets and potentially generates new concepts. - He/she leads the development of innovation projects: he/she is responsible for prototyping with PTC/AG to make concept alive and he partners with project manager to develop the project from concept to launch through I2L process - He/she secures concept and sensory consumer test in our markets with the Consumer Insight Manager - He/She partners with Brand & CCSD teams to manage packaging design execution and selling story from concept to reality - He/She contributes to track innovation performance to implement corrective action and to adjust/improve/transform learnings into actions - He/She is a core member of her/his Project : ensures the brand strategy and consumer centricity is embedded. **What will make you successful**: - Fluent in French and English - Has successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team - Has demonstrated courage and ability to solve problems - Has proven communication skills - Agility skills - Change management capabilities - Curiosity - Open-minded The inclusion of differences is Nestlé in France's strength.
