**Vos missions**:
En tant qu’IT Project Manager, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Pilotage des engagements : budget, coûts, délais, qualité, risques dans le respect des processus et méthodes des systèmes de delivery et qualité de Capgemini.
- Sourcing, management et encadrement des équipes internes et externes réparties sur plusieurs sites géographiques (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
- Suivi des phases du projet (conception, développement et intégration).
- Suivi et gestion de la relation client.
- Gestion et communication du reporting opérationnel et managérial, en interne comme en externe.
- Encadrement et coaching dans les programmes de transformation de l’entreprise.
- Identifier les nouvelles opportunités en développant les comptes clients existants en synergie avec les responsables commerciaux.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme en informatique en école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire en informatique.
- Solide connaissance d'un ou plusieurs écosystèmes applicatifs.
- Sensibilité aux méthodes Agiles et à la méthodologie SAFe.
- Expérience significative de pilotage de projet d'envergure internationale (pilotage financier, pilotage technique, pilotage humain) ;
- Expérience de management d'équipe de plus de 30 personnes.
- Force de proposition et capacité d'agir de manière pro-active.
- Niveau d'anglais permettant de piloter des projets dans un environnement international (minimum B2).
