Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Luxury Fashion Brand, we are looking for a:
**Store Planning Director**
As part of the Brand’s ongoing strategy to grow its store footprint globally, the Store Planning Director will be responsible for delivering all retail projects, including flagship stores and shop-in-shops, on time and within budget.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, this role will lead the Project Management team who support the individual store progress to ensure smooth and successful store openings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and establish a network of suppliers globally to design stores to the high quality and creative standards;
- Negotiate and coordinate design, build and technical requirements, according to the type and location of projects;
- Liaise with regional leads to strategically plan, budget and assess new locations renovations;
- Report on current and upcoming projects, identifying risk to timelines, compliance issues, budgeting and supplier performance;
- Manage and coordinate with stakeholders both internal and external (architects, engineers, store designers), as well as general contractors and suppliers;
- Provide technical expertise as required to regional retail maintenance teams;
- Periodic travel based on project type and schedules.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Degree in architecture/engineering or construction management;
- 9+ years of experience within store planning/design/construction environment;
- Experience in luxury retail projects;
- Experience working with international vendors and consultants;
- Strong knowledge of Construction Standards, Codes & Processes;
- Proficiency with AutoCad and project management tools such as MS Project:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory;
- Be flexible for international travel.
