The Financial Analyst, Client Group Alts will be responsible for disseminating Consultant database information according to product priorities for Client Group Alts, including regular reviews and responses to consultant requests.

**2. Your role and responsibilities**
- Ensure correct and timely Consultant database dissemination (quantitative and qualitative) according to product priorities for Alts across databases. This includes scheduled monthly and quarterly product information updates
- Review priorities regularly with the Consultant relationship Alts team and the lead Sales managers Alts
- In close cooperation with AXA IM CORE, provide and update both qualitative and quantitative answers that pertain to the corporate level
- Provide quality control oversight on external service providers and cross check consultant database entries
- Answer requests from consultants in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business unit such as Consultant relationship Alts, Client Service and Sales Support, Fund Management or Compliance teams to ensure that the appropriate product information is populated
- Report on competitors alternative activities observed on the databases
- Contributing to internal projects as well as RFPs, RFIs and Due Diligence questionnaires

**Votre profil**:
**3. SHARE your unique expertise**

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, finance or economics
- Prior experience in asset management or financial markets

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of financial products within asset management (alternative is a plus)
- Fluent in English and any other language a plus
- Literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Capacity to work under tight external deadlines
- Show initiative and able to prioritise
- Ability to challenge requests (sales and sales support, SMEs)

**Competencies**:

- Proven coordination skills and ability to work across countries
- Project management / team player: lead and finish a project, take interest in and contribute to the work of the team, liaise where appropriate with other groups
- Leadership spirit: takes full responsibility for delivering the data and databases required, ability to build consensus between departments with different objectives
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Curious, rigorous and precise
