**About Your Role**

**Design and implement Salesforce for all teams**
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Monitor user adoption
- Handle Salesforce Integrations with other systems
- Partner with the enablement team to create training materials

**Maintain and improve everything we built**
- Constantly challenge processes which have been implemented last year, last month or yesterday
- Audit our toolbox and keep updated on new solutions that enter the market
- Solve daily issues of our sales and support teams

**Preferred experiences**:
**What we are looking for**
- At least 4 years of experiences as Salesforce Admin
- A proactive attitude
- A desire to implement best practice solutions
- Available and responsive to questions
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- English required any other European language is welcome
- Salesforce Admin certification(s)

**Nice to have**:

- Apex programming skills
- Knowledge on both Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud
- Demonstrated years of experiences on Salesforce development
